One of the biggest challenges I have heard from you as my readers is the transition from eating packaged foods to only eating real food. A few months ago I sent out a survey to my subscribers and the responses I got all showed very similar concerns. One of the most common challenges that was expressed was the ability to provide a healthy real food diet for your family that doesn’t take up too much time or too much money. In my experience, the key to making this work is planning and practice. This 7 day Real Food Challenge is designed to jump start the process in making a lifestyle change because we’ve done the planning for you.

What people are saying about the Real Food Challenge…

Many of my readers participated in The Real Food Challenge in January 2013 and in April 2013 and both were super successful. We have an amazing group of people in our community who have made some huge changes in their diet and lifestyle. Some I would like to share with you…

Some of our participants such a great experiences that they want to share it with others. One member actually landed a new blogging gig just telling others about what she learned! Others who were already in the blogging scene also shared on their blogs like this one Mama Making Changes. The community we built during the week in January was so inspiring and really helped everyone stay motivated. If you were thinking about joining us last time but missed out I encourage you to join us this time! Spring is a great time to make diet changes and detox from processed foods.

Choose which menu you prefer…

The recipes and meal plan included in this package are all real food recipes including animal protein, vegetables, and small amounts of grain. It is also specifically designed for Winter season which includes warming foods that are seasonally appropriate. With that being said, this doesn’t mean that if you live in a warm climate it won’t work, the foods are still healthy real food recipes that are comforting and nutritious.

The plan and recipes require basic kitchen tools. I strongly recommend having a crock pot for this challenge, many of the recipes in the challenge are made for the crock pot – and it makes the whole plan work very well.

In the Spring version of the Real Food Challenge the recipes and meal plan are 100% in line with the Paleo diet. This means it is dairy-free, grain-free, and sugar-free. The recipes also include foods that are great for spring cleansing and transitioning out of a Winter diet and into a Spring diet.

The plan and recipes require basic kitchen tools. I would recommend having a food processor or blender.
