Our lives can be very overwhelming even without living a real food lifestyle. This is exactly why many of turn to take out or packaged foods.
Why eat real food? Quite simply, real food is what you and your family needs to be healthy, happy, and smart. Packaged foods lack the nutrition that is necessary for proper brain development in children. Take out food is made from bad quality meat and oils and is almost never organic. Pumping the body full of pesticides is a detriment to all functions of the body especially in children. If you are even reading this page, you already know that real food is the way to go.
The common perception is that cooking and preparing real food takes too much time and it’s just impossible to do it in today’s lifestyle. I’m not going to say it doesn’t take any time or effort at all because it does BUT with proper planning and time management it won’t take over your life.
A little planning goes a long way.
I am a strong believer in the importance of self care for Moms. Many Moms I talk to worry that if they spend more effort preparing food then they will have to give things up. Most Moms don’t get the time they need to take care of their own body and mind. Through my process of setting up time management and structure you will find the much needed time for yourself. If you wish you could take a weekly yoga class or get that much needed massage we will create time in your life for that to happen.
