In a small saucepan on very low heat, the lowest possible setting, mixed together 1 cup of honey and 1 medium yellow onion chopped.
Add 1 teaspoon dried thyme Leaf. Warm the above ingredients very lightly and slowly until the onions are softened.
Strain out the honey. Serve warm by itself, taken by the spoonful or over mashed potatoes or vegetables or chicken.
This may be taken several times a day if desired.
