Apple Cinnamon Paleo Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples peeled and diced into cubes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Whisk together the oil, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Add in the dry ingredients one by one, mixing well.
  • Fold in the apples.
  • Spoon the batter into 10 muffin cups.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • Fool for 30 minutes before serving
