Oatmeal Coconut Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats One Degree Oats are glycosphate free
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup raisins or chocolate chips (or both)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Mix together all ingredients.
  • Drop spoonful of batter onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
