Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with oil
In a large bowl beat together eggs, yogurt, butter, sugar and vanilla
Add all remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish
Bake 40 minutes, until golden brown
Once cooked, you can remove from the pan or just ice the cake directly in the pan.
