Strawberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry infused vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard (or this gourmet mustard recipe)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a glass measuring cup, whisk together all ingredients except olive oil
  • Measure the olive oil and slowly pour into the vinegar mixture while whisking vigorously.
  • Pour into a glass jar for storage
